Community
When reviewing development proposals we engage with the local community to understand their needs, opinions and valued contributions. We fully appreciate the responsibilities associated with developing the built environment and the importance of selecting a solution in partnership with residents and other community stakeholders.
Public consultations and exhibitions are held, particularly on large scale projects where the local community will be affected. Often, the local community can offer valuable local knowledge which can influence proposals.
Once a development is underway, detailed contact with the local community is maintained. Once completed, we involve the local community and stakeholders in the naming and opening of the development or in any way to integrate development into the community.
We are involved in a number of charitable activities and contribute to community initiatives where our operations are based and where development schemes are undertaken.
