Partnerships
Pochin Property work closely with property development partners in both the public and private sectors to create long lasting relationships and achieve common goals. We aim to meet the needs of our partners, delivering industrial and retail property development projects to benefit the partnership, local community and economy.
We have been involved in a number of joint ventures with local authorities, private landowners, developers and investors to develop schemes and opportunities.
Our relationship with public bodies has flourished with joint ventures or partnerships being established to develop Manchester Technopark, Wrexham Industrial Estate, Keele Science Park and Electra House, as well as specific property development schemes such as Prosperity Court and Expressway Industrial Estate - in partnership with Cheshire County Council and Halton Borough Council respectively.
The success of these public private partnerships has been attributable to the dedicated team, and the use of selective advisers to work with the partners to bring a creative and appropriate solution to each scheme.
